Dancing with the lights to celebrate my return ...

I've been away for a about 10 days for a surgery. While i should return on saturday 29th, things turned not as good as they should and well, i made an hemorrhage, forcing me to get a second surgery, blood transfusions and one week more at hospital.
But well, this is done now and im finally back home !
So you know the reason why there wasnt any flash group gift last week end at Petit Chat mainstore.

Introducing another of the gowns i made for this season Fashionweeks : Inner peace.

Inner Peace is a long formal dress coming with sleeves and an elegant hat. It has textured with my digital artwork: "Inner Peace." Inedite in SL and not posted on the web, as i made that one for an auction in benefit of American Cancer Society and this will remain a single edition for the acquirer. However, the pic will be part of my next exhibition, but it wont be possible to buy it.

Introducing another of my creations i did for Solaris Fashionweek AutumWinter 15-16.
That one is called "Roses never die" and it's been inspired from one of my artworks still inedite in SL for now (please please Santa, bring me days with more than 24 hours !!!).
This golden gown has romantic look and even more with its crown of roses.
The texture has been created from a very small portion of the artwork, thus it will be pretty hard to recognize it (but i do ;) yeah ) however it gives it a beautiful look of gold.

Sneak Peek june round starts today !

As a VIP designer, i commited to make 6 exclusive items in total for the whole period of april/may/june. You know already my 4 first ones, remaining exclusive for the event till the end of this new round and here are my 2 new ones, needed to complete the whole 6 exclusives.

First there is this summerish long dress, perfect to wear after a long day on the beach. When your skin is full of sun and water. You know ..... after you come back home and take a long and fresh shower.... and you still feel the heat on over your skin. Then whatever are your plans for the evening, having a drink with friends, a dinner with a lover, going to party or theater, this dress is THE dress you ll want to wear.
The flower headpiece will complete the look if you want something more formal.
This dress is called Nonsense from the name of the artwork i used for creating the texture of it. You can see the original work here.

A FESTIVAL OF ELEGANCE : PENUMBRA FASHIONWEEK SPRING-SUMMER 2015 IS ON !

Penumbra FashionWeek Spring Summer 2015 is still running for 2 more weeks. Fashionshows are now done but the retail arrea is still open. Petit Chat is part of it with 5 amazing exclusive releases, 3 for women, and..... this is new.... 2 for men ! All from ArtFashion collection of course, and all materials enabled.

Whispers of roses is created from an artwork of mine having the same name, and created from a
snapshot i made at Embryo. If you dont know this place, i strongly advice you to visit it. Embryo

I went to visit it some monthes ago, but since then, i found myself with the idea of roses in my mind almost everytime i m creating something.

So this gorgeous gown is opened in the front and has a long drappé in the back. I added to it a gorgeous headpiece made of a rose and branches, and a jewellery set (anklets, bracelets and choker) made of roses and entwined branches with thorns (ouch !).
The result is stunning, and i cant resist to tell you how much i am proud this dress has been used for the official poster of the event that you may see on Penumbra website.

Another one on the theme of the roses and textured from another artwork featuring again the same place, Embryo sim.
This one is an ode to feminity. A sexy tight dress with a big rose on the waist and accessorised with petals on one of the shoulder. The result is the top of the chic and elegance IMHO. Perfect for a cocktail or a formal event even if its not a gown.

This fancy dress is an invitation to the dance. Textured from an old artwork of mines, featuring a super scupture of 2 dancers that i saw for the first time at the no longer exhiting Humanoid sim.
The pring is applied over a lace fabric, giving it a more sophisticated look even.
On the head, you may wear the headpieces with petals and pearls that comes in the pack too, and you can finish your look by wearing the lovely colored beaded jewellery set (earrings, bracelets and necklace) that you will get also in the pack.

At the last fashionweek, in september, I've been amazed by the elegance of one of the male models on the catwalk : Steele Sirnah. After several conversations with him, i challenged myself, i will come to this fashionweek with also outfits for men. So here are my 2 first creations for men.
This first one has been created from one of my artworks featuring the beautiful Elysion's sim lighthouse.
The pants is a comfy leather one with several pockets and zipps. The shirt is made of felt and shows the lighthouse on both side of the front.
As accessories, I added a felt cap and googles.

Coucou !

Sneak Peek april round is till running till the 5th. You already know 2 of my 3 exclusives for that round if you did read the 2 previous posts and here I am to introduce the third one : "A warm place".

That one is an ArtFashion Collection item. In order to create the texture I used my artwork called with the same name (A warm place) that you may see in my flikr stream. This one is part of my current exhibition "Fragment" that you can see at Petit Chat Artgallery .
It has been created from a photo I made at HPMD sim and well, althought it's not a raw shot, the post processing is really light. This sim is a pure gem for photographers.

While redrawing the pic for the dress, I added a bit of lace on the texture in order to match with the glamour of the outfit.

The dress itself is really sexy and feminine. It's like a second skin. It will show all your curves. The top of the dress is like a bustier.
It comes in 5 standard sizes and it's copy.
The hat is my original mesh creation. The first I'm including in one of my packs. It's a funny hat, and wasn't meant to be a hat at first but a lilly of the valley flower. After I've been done with it I thought it would make a pretty adorable hat, so i modified it a bit for this purpose.
The hat comes wit mod perm as hats are not always easy to adjust over hair. Just be careful to make a back up copy before modifying anything.

The whole outfit is 480 L$ and you can find it for now only at Sneak Peek event ! It will be opened till the 5th of May, then you will have to wait till the 25th before it reopens. So dont wait too much !

FASHION FOR LIFE GUIDE 8 : CENTRAL PARK

Coucou !

Fashion for Life 2015 will close its doors tomorrow, sunday 29th, so you have still some more hours to grab your wallet and go shopping for a good cause.
This year, all the official FFL vendors give 100 % of the money to the American Cancer Society.
After having traveled over the 7 fashion capitales of FFL, we are now going to visit the huge Central Park of FFL.
This one runs over 2 sims (south and north) and it has been built by Spankmy Boucher and Sofia Corleone and it's sponsored by MISS SL ORGANIZATION.

All the week long, concerts and fashionshows have been given in the park.

The park is located in the middle of the whole FFL, thus you can access to most of the FFL fashion capitals from there.

An aerial railway runs all over the park, allowing you to go faster and easier from one FFL capitale to another.

I decided to give it a try and then i could enjoy the landscape all around during my travel.

For the visit, i was wearing the super Nuella jumpsuit i bought in Los Angeles at Wicca's wardrobe shop and the lovely jewellery set (Topaz bloom) bought in the same city.

All along the park you may find buildings like a castle, cabins, amphitheater, fashionshow stage etc.

Petit Chat exclusive items for FFL have been displayed at the show on thursday, 26th. I haven't already edited the pics i've shoot that day, but i made that one below to show you :). This is Lua Vendetta wearing my Solitude gown. Her professionalism always amaze me.

Finally, i decided to stop right next to one of the playground and i could try the car i bougth at Los Angeles at Avi Candy store.

And as i was also wearing the beautiful skin i bought in October's season store there too, i took this opportunity to make some snapshots in order to show you those amazing items.

So we are coming to the end of this FFL 2015 guide.

Our next visit at Fashion for Life 2015 will be in :

New-York

New-York, New-York here we go !
Long avenues, skycrapers, brown stone building (my favorites), statue of Liberty, Brooklyn Bridge.... yeah everything is there and thus there is a special atmosphere in that sim...
The sim has been built by Sofia Corleone.

As soon as Miyoko knew i was going to visit New-York, she took a taxi and joined me there !

Miyoko is wearing my *PC* Solitude gown (exclusive for FFL) that you may find in Paris sim and the Contessa Bracelets - Pearl from Empyrean Forge available in New-York.

We will use poses from the Alex pack from J'adore, found in Tokyo

The shopping arrea stands in the main avenue located at the center of the sim. Leaving London bridge in our back we found :

I decided to stop at Empyrean Forge too, as the bracelets on Miyoko look absolutely fabulous and i bought for myself a beautiful pair of earrings.

While visiting Dahlinks/NV store, i bought a new pair of shoes.

For this post i decided to wear the gown i bought in Milan at Masoom store : Song of souls full heart, in red (it comes with the headpiece). I m keeping my Essenz shoes, as i love them a lot (bought in Milan too).

On each side of the sim, you may find another street, with restaurants and other lovely shops as decor.

But maybe the most impressive building of this place is the amazing Brooklin bridge located at the other side of the sim.

We kept hanging out in the streets as the weather was really fine and the atmosphere of the sim was pretty good.

And finally, as Miyoko was going to bed, i ended up at the Serendipity III pastry store for some dessert before going to sleep too.. Nom nom nom.

Well, i had to limit myself to one cake only, otherwise, i risk to no longer be able to wear this beautiful gown if i take weight.

FASHION FOR LIFE GUIDE 1 : PARIS

Coucou !

Last year I challenged myself to make a post for each FFL sim and I may say this remain a great memory. Landscapes were all so amazing, there were a pure delight for any photographer. Add to this, that it was also a great shopping tour, as during each photoshoot I also bought some items that i was displaying in the next post.
So yes ! This remain an exciting memory for me. Not surprising then that I wanted to do the same this year. I'm still not totally sure I'm going to be able to succeed for the whole 9 sims, because the event only last 1 week, but I'm going to try anyway.

So here is the first post of my modest FFL guide :

PARIS

(Of course, my store is located there, so this is the reason I'm starting by that one. Anyway, I had to start somewhere, so why not that one ?)
As it is the first sim I am visiting, I haven't started my shoping, so I will wear my Entwined dress red, which is one of my exclusive creations for FFL 2015.

The beautiful Paris sim is the work of the famous builder Kaya Angel and as I am french, I may say he did a really realistic work here.
The sim is sponsored by Chop Zuey Couture and you can't miss that store, as it is the biggest one in the main avenue leading to the Arc de Triomphe.

So, you are supposed to land there if you use the official LM. Of course, this large avenue will remind you of les Champs Elysées if you ever visited the real Paris.
All along this doble path avenue, there are shops.
Looking toward the Arc de Triomphe on your left hand you will find :

I stopped at Gizza shop and I couldn't resist to this beautiful Lolita dress that comes with leggins and heels. (You will see me wearing it in the next post). All the money from the vendor goes to RFL, so I could make a good action while getting a new dress for me, isn't that great ?

The avenue ends right in front the Arc de Triomphe and you have to choose going on your left or on your right as 2 streets go further from there.
On your left hand, there is a coffeeshop with a terraza. And as a french person, I may say that yes, we loooove coffeeshop terrazas (especially in the south were i live, but not only). We adore to procrastinate at a table, while enjoying a cup of good coffee or any other drink.

After this lil break you may enjoy a second street with shops and ..... well, you will find Petit Chat store right at the corner !

The owner is also french, and we got on together pretty fast. So maybe you will see her in some future posts of this guide '-).

If you chose to go on your right side at the Arc de Triomphe, you will go along a street without shop BUT you will find an adorable public garden there. Great for just daydreaming, hanging out, relaxing, or whatever else you wish to do at this time. The surround is really a gem for photographs.

Turning my back to the Arc de Triomphe, I'm heading now toward Milan sim but.... this will be my next post.

AND A SECOND EXLUSIVE ITEM FOR FASHION FOR LIFE 2015 !

As I told you in my last post, Fashion for Life is starting from the 21st and designers have been commited to create 3 exclusive items for that special event which is a fundraising for the American Cancer Society. All the 3 exclusive have to give 100 % of the money to Relay for Life. But you will notice a lot of stores have set more than 3 vendors to give the money to it. In my store there will be 13 items giving 100 % of the money.
Yesterday I showed you the beautiful Solitude gown from the ArtFashion collection. Today I'm going to introduce another exclusive item from this collection : the Wrap around dress and headpiece.

For that one I used my artwork "Wrap around" that you may see here. That one is from several snapshot I made at Rosemist Isle (no longer existing *sighs*). A muddle of trees with big contrast between the branches and the clearing.

That artwork was not easy to work with but it was worth the effort as the result gives a beautiful texture on the dress giving the impression you are wearing vegetal materials all over your body.

The dress is short with fancy laces over the top arms. I've played with the contrast of the original pics in order to select dark and light parts on the dress.
