I AM LIVING IN A DREAM : PENUMBRA FASHIONWEEK AUTUMN-WINTER 2014/2015 / PART 1 : LOVE AT THE FIRST SIGHT

Coucou !

Among all the events i could join in my SL designer life, the Penumbra FashionWeek is one of my favorite ones. I love their high professionalism. There is never problems they can't fix. All is set to be easy for us, designers. It's also one of the most prestigious events i know in SL.

Penumbra Fashionweek Autumn-Winter 2014 will start on the 13th of september and 43 awesome SL designers will be showcased all along 10 days of fashionshows.

Needless to say how I am proud and honored to be one of those designers.

It is far beyond all what i could dream when i started to design for SL. Yes, I am really living in a dream right now.

For the latest FashionWeek (spring-summer) I created 4 exclusive items from my ArtFashion product line, all textured from my artworks and materials enabled.

This time i challenged myself to create 8 exclusive items, all from this same productline.

Long weeks of work full time then during my RL vacations.

Each outfits has been 3 days more or less of work and often more. But the result is really rewarding.

The first outfit is called "Love at the first sight" and it s created from my artwork you can see in Flikr here .

This outfit is composed of several pieces. 

A beautiful and detailled corset, with hooks in the front and laces in the back, which have the main part of the artwork on the front.

You can add to the corset the short bolero.

The outfit include also a short skirt with a chain in the front .

And thighs boots with zip in the front and lace in the back.

To finish to accesorize you may wear the hat with googles.

Of course the whole outfit is material enabled and you can have an incredible fun playing with the windlight settings after enabling the "advanced lighting model" feature in your graphic preference.

The whole outfit is copy, the hat comes in resizable version and in modifiable version.

The price is 560 L$.

I AM LIVING IN A DREAM : PENUMBRA FASHIONWEEK AUTUMN-WINTER 2014/2015 / PART 2 : SILENT SECRET

Coucou !

The second exclusive item i created for Penumbra fashionweek autumn-winter 2014 is a gorgeous long dress called "Silent Secret"

This is a long dress with a beautiful lowcut in the back surrounded by a drapé. Additionally there is also an assorted umbrella.

For this one i used a raw photography i made in Happy Mood sim at the very first days i got my current computer, so happy i was to finally be able to see the shadows. You can see the photograph here .

I had a lot of fun while creating the texture for this classy dress. I added a stainglass effect over the main part of the texture to create a snakeskin effect an let the black parts smooth like latex.

(Note that the cat hat I'm wearing on the pics is not part of the outfit, it comes from Mina hair store).

As usually with Petit Chat creations, (and specially with ArtFashion line), you can be sure that front and back texture will match, that's really something im taking care about. 

Textures are high quality. Not only they come from artworks but they are all reworked and redraw for matching perfectly with the mesh. I don't just slap the arwork on it lol, it's actually pretty far from that. Each outfits are at least 3 days of work full time for the textures.

On top, of course, i've created materials textures for relief and light reflection.

If your computer can enable the advanced ligthing model feature in your graphic performance and if you are enough skilled and curious for playing with the windlight settings and the sun position, you'll be amazed !

One of this day, I'll try to make a tutorial about this.

As background of course you can see the beautiful Penumbra land.

The dress with the umbrella included is 360 l$, perm is copy only.
However the umbrella comes with a resizing script if you need to rescale it and it has a pose inside that will make you look like you are holding it naturally.

PENUMBRA FASHIONWEEK AUTUMN WINTER 14/15 HERE WE GO !

Coucou !!!

I am so delighted to tell you that Penumbra FashionWeek will start pretty soon now !

Official take off will be the 13th of september. During all the week, you will be able to assist to fantastic fashionshow showcasing some of the most amazing designers in SL. 

And I am so proud to announce you that Petit Chat will be part of this awesome FashionWeek !

I can't give you a slurl for now. 

The stores will be opened a bit longer after the fashionweek itself.

Petit Chat will bring 8 amazing exclusive outfits specially created for this occasion, all done from my artworks and all materials enabled.

The first of the outfits has been sent today to my regular bloggers team so you should see it soon in fashion blogs.

It's called Love at the first sight, and is done from this artwork .

Petit Chat's items will be showcased on the 15th of september at 2 pm SLT, in a fashion show. I will post the slurl in time.

During the time of the Penumbra event, those items will be available ONLY in my store at Penumbra. I'll move them to my mainstore and my market place only after the event will end.

So keep in touch, there is a lot to come. Of course about Penumbra fashion week, but not only. I'll be also at the Boho Culture fair, at the seasonal market, and at Pumpkin Town and some other events.

I will post the pics about the 2nd outfit i created for Penumbra pretty soon, and so on till the 8th outfit. :)

DREAM OF SUMMER AT THE COLLECTIVE FASHION

Coucou my friends !

The new round of the Fashion Collective, starting on the 16th of august has for theme "dreaming of summer in a farm". 

I know I've already said it several time, but I love that event. Nayomi Gartner put so much energy in it. And she's back providing us enchanting decors. So this round will happen in a lovely green clearing surrounded by trees full of mouth-watering fruits. I've counted not less than 18 great creators reserving a stall and bringing lovely items matching with the theme (clothings, hats, shoes, and even deco for your home).

My friend Pinkrayne is going with her lovely rope sandals (for slink bare feet) which are just awesome !

And Petit Chat will release for this round a new spring dress (available in 3 different textures) that you can find there exclusively (till the end of the event, then I'll bring them in my mainstore and on my Marketplace store).

The dress is called "Dream of summer", of course.

It's a short dress opened in the front and closed by a serie of buttons. 

The first version is green and orange.

The second version is in pink pastel, with white lines.

The dress is really gracious and it's the kind of dress you may wear in any circumstances.

For example, it can be nice over a bikini after an afternoon at the beach.

But I chose to wear my dress and travel to visit Isle of Noble .

An awesome dutch place, really flowered.

And of course, i could hang out all along those beautiful fields of tulips, wearing the 3rd version of the dress, the pink one.

To finish, i can't resist to show you the shoes from my friend Pinkrayne i mentioned earlier.
